Form Instructions - Series 34 Fast Quote (Short Form)

For best results, download the form and fill it out.  Use the buttons at the bottom of the form to either send the completed form directly to orders@redlinedoors.com, or use the print button to print and fax it to 281-552-8872.

Begin with a stile size and feel free to customize the top and bottom rails.

Standard size doors or Custom?  Standard Anodized colors or Custom? If Custom, please specify color code.

Pick Hinging and number of Intermediate Hinges, if required.

If Panic Devices are required, choose here, if Specific Manufacturer/Model is desired please state here or in the Notes area. Or choose type of Locking and options.  If a Door Frame is needed and it is going into Storefront Framing, place that information here. Select Mid-Panel if required.  Select Push/Pulls, if Custom (Ladders, Classroom, etc.) describe in the Notes section.
