Story
Specifications
The Series 34 incorporates a screw splined design held together with 16 screws and our custom backing plates in our Standard Chassis. Optionally, a 3/8" tension rod can be added for even greater strength and is recommended for heavy use and exterior doors. We offer finishes in Class I Clear, Dark Bronze (Black will be available by end of 2023).

Hardware
The Series 34 is available standard with a pair of offset pivots, 10" offset pull/push bar, MS lock and cylinder as part of our standard hardware package. We also offer a full range of hardware options including continuous geared and butt hinges, hook/deadbolt, thumb turns, RIM/CVR exit devices, ladder pulls, classroom and paddle latches, as well as the ability to get custom hardware. We can also prep your doors for your hardware, just get us the Manufacturer/Model and Templates. Contact one of our Door Specialists to discuss all of our available options.
The Process
All Series 34 doors are manufactured in house in our newly expanded facility. All door components start out as 21' stock length material and are then processed by one of our computer controlled RhinoFab milling and cutting machines. This provides an incredibly accurate rail/stile for our technicians to hand assemble. Hardware is then installed (if needed) and a final inspection is performed to ensure your new door is flawless and ready for your installation.
